House rules

1. Every person interested in accommodation must present an identity document (ID card, passport or other valid document) at the reception upon arrival.
2. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is always made in advance in cash according to the valid price list.
3. Accommodation will not be provided to persons suffering from infectious diseases or skin parasites, to unkempt persons, or to persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances.
4. Check-in is from 12:00 to 20:00 unless agreed otherwise.
5. The hotel holds a room for the guest until 18:00 unless agreed otherwise.
6. Unless the accommodation period was agreed otherwise in advance, the guest must vacate the room at the end of the stay by 10:00 at the latest.
7. If the guest leaves the room later or leaves belongings there, the full price of accommodation for the next day will be charged.
8. The guest is obliged to observe safety, fire and hygiene regulations. Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 6:00.
9. When leaving the hotel during the stay, the guest hands the room key in at the reception and receives a hotel card, which serves as proof of identity upon return.
10. A TV remote control is lent to the guest for the duration of the stay against a refundable deposit of CZK 200. The deposit is paid back when the remote control is returned.
11. Visitors are not allowed in the rooms.
12. Electrical appliances may not be used except for personal hygiene appliances, e.g. an electric shaver or hairdryer.
13. Animals are not allowed in the rooms.
14. Every guest is obliged to take care of the equipment. For wilful damage, soiling or loss of equipment the guest must pay appropriate compensation determined by the hotel operator.
15. In case of serious injury or illness, notify the nearest hotel employee, who is obliged to provide first aid or arrange medical assistance.
16. Hotel employees are personally responsible for the safe operation of the accommodation facility, so please follow their instructions.
17. The operator is not liable for the loss of valuables or larger sums of money.
18. A book of wishes and complaints is available at the reception for any complaints or comments.
19. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
