1. Each person interested in accommodation is obliged to present their ID (ID card, passport or other valid document) at the reception upon arrival.
2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is always in advance in cash according to the valid price list.
3. Accommodation will not be provided to persons suffering from infectious diseases, skin parasites, persons who are foggy or disgusted, persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4. The accommodation facility will accommodate applicants between 12.00 and 20.00, unless otherwise agreed.
5. The accommodation facility reserves the room for the interested party until 18.00, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the guest must vacate the room at the end of the stay no later than 10.00 am.
7. Guests who leave the room later or leave their belongings behind will be charged the full amount for the next day.
8. The guest is obliged to observe safety, fire and hygiene regulations. The visitor is obliged to observe the night-time quiet from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
9. When leaving the hotel during the check-in period, guests must hand over the room key at the reception. At the same time, they will receive a hotel card, which they will present upon arrival back at the hotel.
10. The remote control for the TV will be lent to the guest for the duration of the accommodation, who will pay a refundable deposit of 200 CZK. This deposit will be refunded to the guest upon return of the remote control.
11. No visitors are allowed in the rooms.
12. It is not allowed to use electrical appliances except for personal hygiene appliances, e.g. shaver, hair dryer.
13. Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
14. Each guest is obliged to spare the facilities. For arbitrary damage, pollution or loss of equipment, the guest is obliged to pay reasonable compensation as determined by the hotel operator.
15. In the event of serious injury or illness, notify the nearest hotel staff member who is obliged to provide first aid or medical assistance.
16. Hotel staff are personally responsible for the safe operation of the property, so please follow their instructions.
17. The operator is not liable for the loss of valuables or larger amounts.
18. A wish and complaint book is available at reception for any complaints or comments.
19. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.
